befriending the an fah

i befriended the an fah and now i cant cap Quivering Blade is this a bug can i unbefriend them?

Just do the "Search Toari" or what ever his name is, then do the "drink or don't drink", when you've done that he tells the Am Fah to hate you again. But as long as the Am Fah like you you don't have to worry about them droping down on you unexpectedly while you are in the Bazaar area.
