Can anyone give me a runthrough of the words/phrases specific to Guild Wars (i.e. nothing general like dot, aoe, etc), or perhaps a link to such info? I just want to know exactly what it means when I hear something like a character having a "spiker" build and things of the like. It's better to try and find it out here and now than ask all noob-like right before going into battle screaming 'Leyroy Jenkins.'
EDIT: Why yes, I did mean spiker, lol.

I'll take the easy approach and just point you at the Category:Slang & Terminology at Guildwiki. It's a lot of common stuff in there, but also quite a few GW specific terms.
Never heared of a "striker" build, though (could it be you mean a "spiker"?).

ill give you one:
"whammo rush" - where one or more assassins and/or wamo's runs towards the nearest enemy aggroing everything in his/her path without giving prior notice to the rest of the team. Usually results in multiple deaths.

Great link, pretty much exactly what I was looking for, thanks.

"laggro" (lag aggro) - a clever excuse to use when you accidently aggro a killer mob and get your entire team killed/nearly killed.
