How do i do the 15 attp point quest for factions chars?

the quests for the 15 attributes are both in the towns you end up in after the two missions..
first one is after minister chos estate a warrrior will ask you to find something precious to him to him that he has lost.... to not spoil it lets just say you have to help him find it...
the 2nd quest is after Zen Daijun mission. You talk to the Zunnra in town and he gives you the quest to help him clean up the maisma in zen daijun so you talk to the gaurd that leads you back in the EXPLORABLE version of zen daijun and not the mission itself. Just make zunnra walk over the maisma to make it dissapear.

Well one of the 2 quests doesn't give me the 15 attirbute points 
. It's happened to 2 chars now and I'm very annoyed. I'm in Cavalon already for both chars, but I'm still missing out on the last 15 attr points.
I've logged an issue on their KB, but I got a standard response saying that they appreciate my feedback and have passed it onto Anet developers.......
Has anybody else experienced this problem?
