Alliance battles without a guild

I finished the game as Luxon.

Just wondering if there is a way to play the alliance battles if I don't have a guild with my PvE character.

If you get a guest invite into someone's guild hall I've been told you can enter an alliance battle for whatever side that guild is allied with.

You can also just make your own guild, get a guild hall, ally with whatever faction you like, and your fine. More expensive than a guest, but also the most convienant. You can be the only member in you guild and you can still get in.
