Strategy:
Start at Seafer's Rest and head into Rhea's Crater, it would extremely be helpful if you can activate the luxon res shine (just have more luxon points than kurzick).
To get to him there is two groups of enemies that can be a pain the ass to get past, since they gale you every couple of seconds upon approach, so what are we going to do about that?.... kill them? yep thats right!... but not with this build and by you!
At the start there is a group of Afflicted, lure them onto the first group of enemies on the path to Razorfin, the afflicted should win but if they don't there is a large group of Afflicted that you can aggro if you head up the steps from the start, stand close enough and use radar aggro - the afflicted group + 1 mesmer boss will come to you - thats fine.
Use the afflicted as your weapon to kill the groups to get to Razarfin, rinse and repeat - when that is done just wait for afflicted to go back and progress.
When you've cleared that part you'll notice Razorfin is accompanied by his friends, one of them is a smiter and uses Balth's Aura- this you can handle, look at the screenshot and notice my position, you'll have to tactically lure this boss closer to the top of the stairs or to a position where there is a wall which you can line the creatures across, you can however take them on as group which is what I done during my second run but it was too troublesome and nearly died on several occasions.
In the screenshot this place worked best as it allowed me to solo each creature one at a time rather than having all three bashing on you at once, this position is also good as it blocks the monk in his group away from you so he won't heal his comrads, from here just take them out one by one. Unfortunatly he didn't drop this time around but managed to get the axe of him after 6-7 runs.
If you try this youll notice that he'll keep running back after a certain point, the key is to get to the top of the corner of the stairs and then let them run back, use bow to aggro them again and they'll come running back to you, let them get a few hits of and then walk slowly back up the stairs whilst you still hug the wall, when you reach half way activate dolyak's signet and continue to walk back - if you do this the creatures that are attacking you won't run away but the casters will, look at the radar on the screenshot and notice my enemies- you can see the afflicted running back and you can see the caster in this boss's group is too far away to be of any assistance.
To solo this with a W/N you'll need some tactical luring and maybe patience.
