Attribs: Whatever you decide is necessary--this tends to come down to preference, but I would suggest placing emphasis on Swordsmanship and Tactics.

Rush
Sever
Gash
Lyssa's Balance
Expel Hexes
Healing Signet
Ressurection Signet

Frenzy/Rush for run speed/melee damage
Sever/Gash to get in bleeding/Deep Wound
Lyssa's Balance:Great for dealing with nasty prot spells, attunements, etc.
Expel Hexes: Warriors get bogged down really badly by hexers and you really can't do better than this for a warrior's purposes. But you can also use it to maintain the team when they are getting bogged down as well.

And finally, healing Sig and Res sig kind of explain themselves. I've had a lot of success with this build in RA and TA, not sure how it would do in higher PvP since it lacks the punch of final thrust, but carries plenty of ways to nullify enemy efforts.

you really will want Final Thrust in there, currently, you just don't have the punch for when guardian is dropped for 2 seconds (before re application) to kill your target.
