A perfect one would go for around 60k, so I'd say you could get about 10k more out of it. You just need to find the right person.

A +24 axe grip for 1500 sounds about right. Upgrade pricing is weird in that unless its max or damn close, you're not going to get much gold for it.

+21 is 500g tops.
