Ranger Pride Thread!

Rangers have to work to get into groups, they aren't specialized in a specific job, but whatever we do we look awesome! So post those screenshots and spread your stories!

One time in Random Arenas two of my teammates left in the middle of the fight, but because rangers are so awesome we were able to kill 2 enemies! So it was me and an ele versus a warrior and a necro. The ele was killed quickly and we got the necro too. So it was just me and the warrior (I used my res). I tanked the warrior with escape and troll ungeant, interrupted his healing signet and killed him using power shot + dual shot + kindle arrows! No other class could have done that as smoothly as I did! So in the end ranger awesomeness won the day!

Power Shot eh? pretty useless skill imo...

Shadow and Ivory Bows are really only useful in spike or Barrage/TF builds...

anyways w/e... i agree... Rangers do 0wn

I used to have penetrating shot, but id spam it too often and run out of energy :P

I'm wielding an elswyth's longbow (pulling)
i usually use elswyth's recurve (set 1). My other sets are gargash's recurve bow and thornbeard's horn bow.

Come on! Am I the only one with ranger pride??? Post yer ranger! Spread the ownage!

Note that the party members didn't even load and that there was also a Monk on the other team.

I made a post before this saying I'm enjoying being an MM the most right now. But now that I see this thread, I think Ranger is my favorite primary profession. I haven't used my Ranger in a while since I made a few more characters. The Warrior I got bored with and committed to put her aside so I'm not on the computer too much. The Monk is fun and I always find a group with her. And the Necro is fun to do MM.

Anyways, my Ranger is still my most progressed character. It's Ascended, has lots of elite skills, has defeated Shiro, and has the right look that I like. I don't have 15k armor, just a mix and a red and white/plain color scheme. I also switch between vamp bows.

Here's my Ranger shooting an Elswyth Resurve, with a mini Charr, with a cool heavy metal hand gesture she does after firing an arrow.

And shooting the Ironwing Longbow I got after beating Shiro, with my mini dragon.

err... why not :/

This one is from the tombs. The order necro left on the first map. The MM and one barrager got disconnected on the 3rd map, so we were only 4 barragers and a monk to finish the 3rd map and start the 4th one. But the monk got DCed at the beginning of the 4th map. And we made it: we cleared the whole 4th level with only 4 rangers

PS: the members of the team agreed to have their name appearing on the shot.
