Where to cap Glyph of Renewal in faction?

anyone know?

It's a prophecies only skill, so that's where you need to go to cap it.

I don't believe thats true, you can probably cap it in factions. I need to cap it also, but dont have access to the website at work to find out where it is. I caped several prophecies elites in factions already, so im sure its in factions somewhere. Anyone else cap it yet?

Welp.....I can admit when I'm wrong. However, it really sucks ass that I have to take my canthan ele thru prophecies just to cap 1 skill I guess I'll stick to echo nuking, even though it's not as efficient.
