Access to Both Kurzick and Luxons Alliance Battles

I thought this bug is supposed to be fixed?
Our guild changed to Kurzick recently and when I visited the Guild Hall, I saw this.
Anyone else experiencing this?
EDIT:
Nevermind, issue resolved, only the Kurzick NPCs remain.
I guess the Guild Hall was not updated yet.

Nice. My guild is bugged and I cannot change from kurzick to luxon :/
