You can't buy/find it. It's an item you got when pre-ordering GW: Prophecies? Or am I wrong?

You are correct. Finding one of those keys now would be VERY hard. I have the key on one of my accounts. The Ithas is a nice bow until the very end game, but the skin is unique to itself and very cool looking.
