Well, here it goes. There are some keys you don't use in GW, don't know which ones, cause I'm not really bothered to find out.
I find it really annoying that I have to go to my inventory every time I want to get my mini-pet out, this is just an example btw.
My idea was to create a slot binded to a specific key, so e.g. 'i'. Put your mini-pet in the slot, and in an area press 'i' to get your pet out. Press 'i' again to get it back in again.
You could use the slot for identifying/salvage kits aswell. Click on a unid item and press 'i' to identify it.
What do you think about this idea? I'd love to get some feedback!

eh, it'd be a nice convenience, but not really necessary. It's not like there are hp or mp potions or anything.
I'd rather see the dev team work on things they have been promising for a while. Like auction houses, the armor/weapon upgrade npcs, etc.

Thatd be cool, maybe like right click it or something and then press a key. Then in the description itd say
Identification Kit
Uses: 18
Bound to "X"

Would also be useful for using scrolls. Or just about any other clickables ANet might introduce in the future.

Not a bad idea, the keyboars still has some keys unused so it's not impossible to do. Say they use the letter 'U' (for 'use')

I'm in no way saying that there aren't better things the dev team could do, but I can't say this is useless either.
