It doesn't have Casting mod, I'd say 5k still, but you may want to try to salvage for mods.

aint perfect, only got 10% recharge, need one more mod

To be honest i'm afraid of salvaging lately, I had a 20/20 sundering string on a bow and all i got was wood.
