Error 5?

Lately I've been getting this error, I was playing GvG and got error 7, I logged back in and tried to go to the Guild Hall (Imperial Isle) and then I got an error 5, I can go everywhere, except that Guild Hall, I can even enter different Guild Halls. Also everytime I get to Burial Mounds I get error 5, I can load all the other maps except that one. Does anyone know what's going on, or know how to fix this?

I am experiencing the same problem since morning. Cant go anywhere besides our guild hall.

I got it again in Halls, I wrote it down:
"Guild Wars was unable to connect to the game server due to a network error. This may be caused by Internet routing issues or a server network failure.
If this problem persists, please visit the Guild Wars support website. (216.107.241.96:6112) (Code=005)"

My friend gave me pass to his account. I have logged in and entered the game on any of his characters normally. So the problem prolly lies with our CHARACTERS, not internet connection, account, or server. In short, we are screwed, and I dont think ARENA is gona bother to help us.
I think all the affected characters are lost, thats 5 out of 6 in my case. So everyting I tried to build in last 10 months is gone and im out of GW.

Isn't there a network update in like a day or two. i would wait after that just in case

On guildwars.com there's a support page, when I got to there I typed in error 5 in the search box and got this:
"We're sorry that you are experiencing network difficulties. The error you are reporting, Code=005 (NET_ERR_CONNECT_FAILED), is indicative of a mis-configured network setting or network interference. Please use the following information in order to assist you in troubleshooting this issue:
1. Make sure GW.EXE or GWSETUP.EXE is added to your firewall's exception list. If you have already allowed Guild Wars in the past, please double check the exceptions. Often times firewalls will decide to block Guild Wars after it has patched. If adding an exception does not help, please try completely uninstalling the firewall software.
2. If you are using a router, please open and/or forward both TCP port 6112 and TCP port 80 within their settings. If you are connecting to Guild Wars while on a campus or business network, please consult your network's administrator to verify that these ports are available."

I forwarded port 6112 to my pc, seeing as I'm behind a router and I'm not using a firewall or anything, so far I haven't gotten the error, so I hope it stays this way.

Im having this exact problem with my monk who is parked in Zos Chivros Channel, it simply wont load him and gives me error=005. My other 5 chars who are all parked in different places dont produce the error.

seems like a error per location rather then chars. i have problems loading my GH for a day but after i logged off and back on a few hours later it was fine.

I have the same problem. My both characters are parked to the Altrumm Ruins and game wont load them. Yesterday that place worked but now when that some update came... This sucks and i hope everything is normal tomorrow because i want to go that dragon festival!

My Ranger is parked in Ice Caves of Sorrow, cant log that char. Also cant travel to Ice Caves of Sorrow with another char.
My Monk (and mayb others) isnt able to leave Droks to the north to Talis Chute.

i dont know much about my router, would need a newb guide to do all that port stuff they suggest. but ive never had troubles loggin GW, exept for the err007 occasionally

Im getting this problem with certain areas, it just doesnt seem to connect, also for some strange reason I was able to enter an area from one entrance but couldnt through another. I doubt this is caused by something our side, its probably just this new update.

This error is a result of the GW server, so don't let it scare you out of playing it anymore.
