PC: Furious Golden Phoenix Blade of Fortitude (Perfect, but Req.10)

I know Phoenix Blades are worth a lot, this ones 15%/-10, Furious/10% and Health +30. Which is perfect. Apart from the Req.10, it's great, in my opinion it won't affect the price much. But, i'd rather you lot who know better price check it. So ...

Which is exactly the same as mine, but Req.9, and the S/o is 300k, and yes; someone has bided on it at that price. Does that mean anything to mine? Surely the Req. won't make that much of a difference. Maybe my Phoenix Blade could be pushing nearer to 300k?

dunna think it'll hit 300k... prices start dropping alot at req 10... i'd say 150-200k and up... dunno if it'll go much higher tho
