I'm fairly certain it would be 37 without morale boost. 25 regular, +7 from shrouded armor, that's 32. Now, if you could find a +5 energy weapon, that'd bring you up to 37, which, unless I'm missing something or you went E/A, is max.

An assassin using daggers or an assassin using other weapons / offhands / shields, etc.. ?

i would believe that there are +5 energy daggers. Wont come cheap unless u happen to pull one out of a chest. but yeah 37 sounds right

32 energy + 30 energy from 2 +15 monk hand/off-hand. Reduces your energy pips to 1 and you cant attack in melee, but gives you 62 energy.

yeah my sin has 37 max unless you use a +5 energy shiled (very rare) and a +5 energy axe/swroad/etc - must me 1 handed duh...
