HSR vs HCT for healing prayers, which do you prefer?

So on this foggy morning I accidentally sold my one and only healing focus to the merchant, The Stonehart.

Right now I am in the process of looking through auctions to see if anyone has one up for sale, no luck as of yet, but apparently there is also a new Incetol's Focus that give HCT 20% to healing prayers and +30 HP.

That sounds pretty attractive apart from the fact that it is not fast recharge, and since nowadays I am wearing majors instead of minors I essentially do have that "+1 to healing prayers" all the time anyway, which with a +30 hp mod would bring me down to a 5 hp penalty.

So here's the question, what matters more to heals? Casting time or recharge?

I used to use a 20/20 healing collectors staff with +5 energy staff head and a +1 (20%) on healing wrapping. But since factions was released I have now changed to The Stonehart and The Stormray, which gives me the EXACT same 20/20 and healing +1 (20%) but a total of 2 more energy than my old staff when my health is above 50% That paragraph may have been confusing lol.

To me when I play healing the main thing I look for is 20% casting, recharge doesnt usually bother me too much as alot of the heal spells recharge quickly anyway.

I have a total of 3 weapon sets I use for my heal monk now:
1. Stonehart + Stormray = 20/20, total of 54 energy (with tatoos) healing +1 20% chance (pure heal build)
2. Holy Branch = 20% casting healing, 10% recharge all, +5 energy, 20% enchants mod (this is when I don't want to play pure heal) 52 total energy
3. Plagueborn Staff = 20% casting healing, 20% reduction on dazed, if for whatever reason I'm the only monk with condition removal and I happen to get dazed then I really appretiate seeing it end sooner, this also has +5 energy and 20% enchants on it, also 52 total energy

Hope thats of some use to you, overall I find fast casting on healing spells alot more useful than fast recharge, most recharge fairly quickly but have 1-2 second cast times which even stupid AI can interupt
