ok before the update i used to farm jeoffer the painbringer all the time... but after the update cape out hes no longer there. did he get nerfed or sumthin??

He's still there, but his group almost always gets wiped by naga. You'll need to help him out by either A) killing some naga yourself or B) drawing the first group of outcasts to the naga that attack Geoffer's mob. Noticed that with the extra outcasts backing him up, Geoffer tends to survive.
