yea mods don't matter as much but the mods are nice. The only thing that will change is the +30 health to maybe a 20% enchant. That is a rare skin also. So 70k 80k is a nice price.

Well since you said you would salvage i just needed to point out how much money you would be throwing away if you did.

Iether mod alone will get more then the staff will as it is. NOBODY wants a single inherant mod staff. So there is no "throwing away" of money by salvaging. It will take 5 minutes to sell iether mod for a few k, it will take hours and hours of spamming to find someone who will pay that same few k for that staff.

actually those are nice rare skins, and sell quite well.... as for the staff, Oofus was very right and your pc was way the heck off.... what the heck dude?
