Use a VoIP program like Teamspeak or Ventrilo, so you don't have to type everything

Here's some tips:
1: You will be suffering from a -8 degen. Take a Ritualist with Recuperation to ease the pain a little. The monks you have, should be spamming Heal Party constantly. To keep that on going, you need a Necromancer spamming Blood Ritual or Blood is Power at all the monks all the time.

2: You must have 2~3 people with Inspired Enchantment. When he uses Nightmare Refuge, you need to strip it RIGHT AWAY, because he will be healed for 1000 hp if it's on him the entire 10 seconds. The reason why you take Inspired Enchantment is because you cannot steal the enchantment, so Inspired Enchantment doesn't have a recharge and hardly costs any energy.

3: Everytime you knock the Kanaxai down, he will spawn 8-10 Sapping Nightmares. The last thing you'd want is having him knocked down constantly ofcourse. There's 2 ways to do this:

A) Knock him down to kill him. Damage the Kanaxai untill he gets to the point when he's got around 80% HP left and stops taking damage. Assign someone to knock him down, but just ONE person, it can go horribly wrong if you knock him down multiple times. When everyone's ready for it, the warriors keep tanking the Kanaxai and the assigned person knocks him down, ONCE. The warriors still keep going for the Kanaxai, while the rest of the team takes out the Nightmares. When they're all dead, go for the Kanaxai again and repeat the proces till he's dead.

B) The longer, but a lot safer way. Take a Necromancer with Order of the Vampire. The warriors should also take Vampiric weapons to make it a bit faster, in any case no elemental weapons, because they don't trigger Order of the Vampire. With Order of the Vampire everyone doing physical damage steals 17 HP from the Kanaxai, damage that will always be done no matter what. This way takes quite a bit longer, but it's WAY safer because you don't have to knock him down this way.

Just a note, inspired enchant costs 10 energy, so it's not exactly low cost skill. That's exactly why, as you correctly point out, we need multiple copies in a party.
The spawn is 8 enemies per kd.
OoV can go up to 19 life steal.
