Where: Naphui Quarter (Mission)
How: Reported to drop mainly in Naphui Quarter but seems never the less to be a small posibillity to drop from any "Canthan Chest". Indication from some sources to drop as loot from monsters in "Marketplace area"
Platinum Weapons
Where: Random Chest
How: Reports indicates it to drop randomly, however mainly from Luxon chests in the Jade Sea reported so far.
Phoenix Blade
Where: Raishu Palace
How: Forbidden Chests mainly.
Oni Weapons
Where: Oni dence areas. (Ex: Arborstone, The Deep)
How: Logically Onis droppes Oni weaponry as loot. An example of an onidence areas are Maishang Hills, Arborstone(Mission)and The Deep(Elite Mission) where lots of Onis spawn. Oni weapons also drops from chests in these areas aswell.

I don't quite get what you mean, but if I you mean where they drop:
Zodiacs - The Deep ( Cavalon Elite mission )
Celestials - Naphui Quarter
Platinum - Randomly but most found in Jade Sea
Phoenix - Not sure, but guildie found one on the Jade Sea

platinum items can drop anywhere as far as i know. phoenix blades drop from the shiro'ken monsters and from the chests from those missions (raisu i think)
kurzick weapons are "Gothic", luxon are "Jade"
ps. i wouldnt use the term high-end, it seems more and more the only high-end stuff is those crystallines, dwarven axes, and similar, that only drop from reward chests

Nope. Celestials are not tied to Nahpui like everyone said. I thought so too until yesterday while I was doing the Tahnnakai Temple mission and someone opened a chest a gold Celestial dropped.

Yestourday i opened 20 Canthan Chests in Naphui quarter and got 1rare non max damage celestial bow What i wanted to say is that it is atleast confirmed to drop from chests at Naphui Quarter. Its also verified to drop from "any" canthan chest eaven though it might not be as frequent.
Can anyone verify celestial drops as loot from monsters in Naphui Quarter? From whoom? Big bosses, small minibosses (essences) or eaven from the "avicara alike starw ppls".

yes celestials can drop outside of quarter 
hopeing to keep it a secret kinda lol. yes they can drop from anything inside the quarter also. its just a higher chance inside.

zodiacs drop in all ellite missions only that i know of.

celestials also drop outside of senjis, the assassin vermins can drop as well as the chests in that area.

Got another useless rare Celestial wepon today. Only opened 5 chests this time so make it 1/12 chance to get a rare one

Yes, oni drops can be gotten from chests in other areas that have Onis. Gotten them from arborstone, the deep, and some other places.

Golden Phoenix Blades also drop from shiroken monsters around harvest temple. Alot of oni daggers and blades drop from Raisu palace chests.

Is there any particulary good place to get quality plauge-born weaponry? According to common sence a area with high level enemies and not wery far between the groups. Jade Sea, Gaela Hatchery or last missionsin Kaineng area?

plagueborn are mostly in the kaineng area since there are lots of afflicted, and i suppose its obvious that only those drop them.
of course, you can get those from Gyala and Eternal Grove as well, since there are some afflicted on the last wave of enemies~

im pretty sure gothic weapons are the sort of the kurzick equivilant of the platinum weapons
