think about it...u are lux but u wont to dress up in kur armor,
the answer is no cause u can only but the armor in your allience area i think so u would have to be in a lux guild to do it...but come 2 think of it u could tell your leader or affoicer u are leaving and go join a kurzir guild and get the armor thn come back and join your guild u just left

the correct answer is: yes you can :P
the side of the guild does not really have any effect. it would be best to check out this wonderful thread for all yoru questions, because i bet they are answered on the first page <3

Cool guys, thx for the help. Turns out the guys who wanted to go Luxon just left the guild so I'm free to rack up as many Kurzick faction as I want...
