Canthan +attribute Quests

Are there canthan quests that raise your attribute point total, like the two in the Crystal Desert? I'm pretty sure there are, because I remember PvP characters having just enouph points to max out 2 attributes to 12, but they have more than that now. So, where can I find them in Cantha?
