dmg+14% always
armor -10 (while attacking)
lengthens bleeding duration on foes by 33%

#2 DRAGON SCYTHES OF DAGGER MASTERY
slashing dmg 7-17 req 10 dagger mastery
dmg +19% (while hexed)
dagger mastery +1 (19% chance while using skills)

If you ask me i would say salvage first one and second one is crap, salvage or merch, you might try to sell the first one..

It depends is the sickle the Tyrian skin that looks like Victo's Axe? If it is it's VERY rare, not many are max damage.
