I want to buy very rare item and can't buy ingame because there is noone online that moment with the item.So, can I put a post to forum (which category) with WTB:item so people can contact me here or by e-mail?

Also, look around the Sell and High End forums to see if anyone is already offering it.

You could try the Auction site here as well.
