PC on Crippling Jade Bow of Fortitude

Hi, i will have Price Check on this bow. Its almost perfect, but its req 12 on it and 14^50. And I wonder about i shold salvage it for the 30+health mod. Someone know what the health +30 mod on bow its worth?

Damage 14% (while health is above 50%)
Lengthes Crippled duration on foes by 33%
Health +30

+30 HP Bow Grip = 20k - 40k according to the guide. I would probably salvage out and hope to god I got the mod, not sure though, maybe worth more as a whole.

I'd say salvage or around 15k as is....
