Well imo it is, I might be totally wrong ^^ But 15% dmg, armor -10 while attacking is a good mod, don't know if ppl want the skin

Ain't it the main thing nowadays, i mean the skin and looks of the weapon... Maybe a little bit too much to sell a crappy skinned weapon for 75k? Not sure, but I know I rather buy stuff judging by their looks. The mods come after! =)

there is one thing i dont get: how come people like Cobra Unit can PC a sword without knowing the req

And yes cobra ,you're totally wrong.
10 k i'd say due to the fact i found out its a req 13 and runic its not a wanted skin
