WTB -2dmg Enchanted -3dmg Hexed SHIELD

hi, i need a shield with both these mods on it

-2 dmg when enchanted and -3 dmg when hexed

req strength (any) or low req tactics, but i prefer strength req, i dont care what the skin is really

ya they do. the guy w/ the ranbow avatar usualy has them for sale. i have a -2/-2 :-(
