Im looking for a staff of each element with the new skins from factions (pictured below) with any combination of the following bonuses
20% Attribute casting (fire for fire staff etc, no mixes)
20% Attribute recharge (fire for fire staff etc, no mixes)
10% Global casting
10% Global Recharge
Reduced dazed
can be any req and im not concerned with mods.
Im also after an illusion celestial staff with the same requirements.
