I know the high req hurts the value but i'm not sure by how much. Can i get a price check?

well, high req is not too bad for ele, they can cope with alot higher than this...
Hard to sell, earth ele's are rare, but there are more now factions is out. I'd guess at 20k mostly due to the high req.
