I believe 20 minutes is the Master limit on all missions.

nope. the eternal grove is all trees at 100% hp, the arborstone is 25 min, the last mission is under 2 min i think. theres others too

Think that's what I read on guildwiki No, this one is time based...looks like someone recently added that (mis-)information to the Unwaking Waters article. You can hench the mission and still not recieve Expert (taking too long).

I have said (according to wiki) in cases where I don't remember my own time and am not sure of the accuracy of wiki. I am reasonably sure that Unwaking Waters is 20 minutes. The (verified) was for those missions that I know for certain must meet the requirement that I gave.
I haven't finished the Befriending the Kurzick quest yet, so I can't confirm anything about that mission. It does make a certain amount of sense that if the 5 baby turtles don't need 100% health, the 12 singers shouldn't need 100%. This is just a guess on my part of course, and wiki does not mention them being at 100%.
