15% Always Crenellated Sword

I just picked up a sword and was wondering what its worth....

Here are the Stats:
Gold req. 10
15-22 Slashing Damage
15% Damage always, -10 armor
Increases Length of Poison by 33%
+7 Armor

I would like to know the value of it as is and if i modded it, it'd be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!

Adding mods will lose you money. It will not increase the value of the item by more than the price of the mods.

I'd say around 60-70k as is, but get a 2nd opinion
