barbed cleaver of axe mastery

dmg +19% while below 50%

i figured as much dirt! i thought the +41 in stance was nice although it has a miserable requirement. anyways, thats life in the world of drops!!! i have an Ornate shield +1 Air magic req 9 stength.. thik there a demand for that for maybe an ele/war or war/ele??? just curious??
