Is it possible to get all of the skills using one PVE character?

I am just wondering if u can use one PVE character to get all the skills for your other PVE characters? That way I don't have to beat the two compaigns with every single one of my PVE characters..

You won't get the skills, you can just buy them from pretty much any skill trader i'd expect. Since they changed it so you could buy any skill anywhere if you've unlocked it on that account. Does it work that way in Factions too anyone?

All but elite skills, anyway.

You can't get skills for one PvE character with another. They're character specific. But whatever skills you unlock with any character can be used on a PvP character.

The same applies to PvE characters - any skill unlocked with any character is unlocked for all characters. Of course, you're still limited to the skill points you have available with PvE characters.

With the ability to get experience points for more skill points, used to buy skills and signets of capture, technically its possible for one character to have every skill in the game.

Yeah i know quite a few people who have all the skills. Takes a while however!
