Good Collector Shield

I read about a "collector's Crimson Carapace Shield (+45 hp, -2 dmg in stance)" that sounded quite intruiging and i wonder where that collector is and what i need to get that shield. All help appreciated.

It's in the area east of Destiny's Gorge and north of Thirsty River. The collector requires 2 bleached shells, which only Sand Wurms drop.

There's another collector that has crimson carapace shields somewhere in the shiverpeaks with the same stats.

Theres a nice collector shield that gives +5 to energy, i think its neat even though its not the best shield in the world

the collector is in ascalon somewhere cant rmember where though

or my personal favorite

Vasburg Armory Collecting Dragon Root, if i'm not mistaken

-5 Damage 20% chance
+30 HP unconditional

There are Crimson Carapace Shields for while hexed, while enchated, and while in a stance. All are pretty good.

If the above exists, though, then I want one.

Yeah! That shield looks really nice! Are those Dragon Roots rare or what?
BTW i found that collector in the desert and i'm now a proud owner of that shield . But like Cjlr said, if that shield really does exist, i'm gonna rumble on over there!
