xennon has it listed only in Perdition Rock, but I wanted to let you know that you can also cap it off of the Titan boss in any of the Titan quests (i.e. Defend Droknar's, Defend Denravi and Defend NKP).

I'm too lazy to take screenshots to update xennon...

There's a link to where the boss for Wither is DURING Defend Droknar's Forge. ONLY during that quest. Wiki doesn't have the maps for the other Titan quests and I haven't done them XP.
