PC: Req 8 very good stats 'spiked targe'

I've been wanting to get a pc on this for a while, cuze i know it's worth good money, but not to sure about it.

Rare Spiked Targe (see url below for image of it (not my auction))
Req 8 strenght
-5 rec. Damage (chanse 20%)
+57 health while hexed

since this is 'almost' perfect and i saw an auction (see link below) on the guru auction site for a spiked targe that is almost of the same quality maybe even a bit better, and the bid on it is huge, i was wondering if that was a fake bid (it probally is imo) or just a bit to high of a price, i would even be happy with less

80-100k range imo.... it's 57 which is a few points off max
