I don't know about your build. I've tried an offensive spirit/Channeling build like this before and it doesn't work that well. First, your energy management is insufficient. Signet of Spirits will give you what, ~20 energy every 20 seconds? And that's if you have all three of your spirits up? You have lot's of 10 and 15 energy spells with not much energy coming back. Also, a big problem, as you already said yourself is that your team can't move around a lot. This is a problem in PvE and PvP. PvE because teams move past mobs really quickly. PvP because people just have to move away from the spirits and your effectiveness goes down a lot. Some of the RA maps may not leave a lot of room for running, but there is room enough. If you're going to run spirits and they are a main source of damage for you, you're going to need to bring Soul Twisting or Ritual Lord, depending on what your final intent is with the spirits. Without either of these skills, your going to be reduced to spamming Spirit Rift (which can be run from as well) and Splinter Weapon which will suck your energy dry. Also, Painful Bond is not that reliable of a damage dealer. If you can catch your enemies in a group, it'll be good for the twenty seconds it lasts. After that, the group will have largely spread out and you'll be reduced to hexing everyone one at a time, and since your spirits don't exactly follow your targets, you may just be wasting that hex. Finally, a word on Splinter Weapon. You're only planning on using it when enemies are bunched up, sometimes good in PvE, but in PvP, it's not often you'll see your enemies bunched up, and if they are, they won't be for long...this is what makes Horns of the Ox so effective for the Assassin.
Your damage and energy management aren't that great. You won't be killing many people with your build unless the rest of your team picks up a lot of slack for you and waits around for your spirits to recharge so that you can be as effective as you want to be. My advice is to rethink your skills, Boon of Creation is fantastic with spirits or even Spirit Siphon to augment Signet of Spirits (since your points are in Channeling and not Spawning). Interconnect your skills a little differently and add some versatility in your build so you can adapt to different groups. For example, don't rely so much that your enemies will be standing still and clumped together, it's just not realistic.
Your points are well taken. This is a PvE build. Also, this is the best dmg build I've come up with for Raisu palace. Enemies are bunched up in this mission, are high level and high armor (so painful bond really helps), and you don't need to worry about spamming Spirit Rift cuz you spirits are doing over 81 dmg every few seconds. Splinter weapon only costs 5 energy so you it's a good 53 AoE dmg as well for low energy. Pain and Bloodsong live for about 134 seconds so you only need to cast them once, maybe twice max per mob.
I played Raisu several times with different builds (was trying to get Master's completion) and this build does a lot of dmg compared to other Rit builds. Believe me, I've tried them all.
Maybe I should've been more specific. This is a Raisu Palace, master's completion build.

Although, I'd recommend it for large, high level mobs.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Signet of spirits with + 21 every 20 secs (for zero energy to cast, since it's a sig,) is better than Mantra of Recall which is a staple for energy gain.
