full knights with sup protection runes, yay or nay?

well so ppl told me the knights absorb wont stack, and my best bet would be to put knights boots and rest of other kinds of armors, same for the absorb rune, is it true or a full knights+absorb runes works better?

One piece of Knight's gives the same benefit as a whole set, so yes, it's in your best interests if you care about stats to only have one piece.

You only get the benefit of one Absorption rune in the same way. Having more than one is redundant and useless.
