never put mods on a weapon your gonna sell.
you may spend 100k on a 20/20 and +30, but at most that will only add 50k to the overall item.
better to sell it clean or with the mods it came with.

Have seen quite a few req 8 15^50 goth swords bought and sold, even own one myself, and they seem to have held at a remarkably steady 250k for quite a while now.
