Got this out of a chest the other day:

Cane 11-22, Req 8 Illusion Magic
+5 Energy Under 50% Health
10% Change of Reduced Recharge on Spells

I'm writting this at work so I might be a touch off, i'll double check this when I get home, but i'm pretty sure this is correct. I'm just curious what I could get for this, if anything.
