Shout Questions

I have shout three questions:

1. What is the range radius of shouts?

2. Do abilities like "Watch Yourself!" affect yourself? Basically i want to know how to determine if an ability that targets others also affects you, the excact wording of "Watch Yourself!" is "party members near you gain +20 armor for x seconds"

3. The "Watch Yourself" only affect party members that are in your radius when you first use the ability, or does the area of influence move with you?

I'll be very grateful if anyone can answer these questions

1 - Don't know this one.

2 - Watch Yourself affects you. Keep an eye out for the icon appearing in the top-left corner of your screen where your affects show up.

3 - Watch Yourself affects party members within range when you use it, and stays till it runs out even if they move away from you.
