I HAVE seen it on a hammer but i only got factions a couple of days ago so i aint seen any -1 daggers yet

I had a 15% always/-5 energy Celestial Daggers but merched them by mistake when I double clicked them in the wrong window to try to equip them. Don't know about the -1 regens though.

I think i remember a sword like this waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back early on in Prophecies, it was +14/15% damage always and had -1 health degeneration..but im not sure if they even exist any more?

Both exist on daggers...
