prophecy character learning faction skills

So I have finally completed the skill sets for Ranger and Mez for my prophecy character and then I found out they added 30 new skills for each original class. So now I have 60 new skills to look for. My question is does anyone the best way for prophecy character to obtain faction skills? I know you can get faction skill by just talking to the trainer or exchange faction points, but I want to know if there is a faster way, such as doing certain missions or whatever. Thanks.
