I am looking for a new monk shield. What I am not looking for - things that have +1 healing prayers (20%)...just no. What I am looking for - shields with two mods including armor bonuses and damage reduction. Health mods are ok. Requirement does not matter so bring on the req 13s. Armor level does not matter.
