Rare Skin Shield? Emblazoned Defender!...

Now I know it's not max dmg, but i have never seen this skin before. Not here in these forums or in game. Has anyone seen one of these??
I personally love this skin. And if its not worth anything....i'll just keep it for show.

I've seen lots of those and a few perfect even req 7 ones. I'm not sure how much will your go for because its single modded. I wouldn't expect more then 20k for it but it depends on how bad someone wants this skin...
