i wana buy a perf fell but i wana know wether its beter to mod the sword or buy it with all mods

For the first:
You *could* get up to 100k 40ecto (around 400k) for this if you hold out for the right buyer. I sold the same sword with a furious: 10% mod for 100k 35e just a week ago. And I know people say mods don't make a difference, but the three 20/20 perfect fells I sold over the passed month ALL went for 100k 40e.
If you're looking for a quick sale, then 100k 15-20 (around 200-250k) should be about right.
Second:
I find prices don't drop all that much with clean perfects. In my experience, (and I've bought/sold around 20 fellblades) I find sometimes they're even more desired. I'd ask for 100k 20-30e for the clean. Like I said before, all it takes is waiting for the right buyer.
