Storage has always been a problem and seeing as factions did nothing for expanding existing storage using either an expanded Xunlai Storage facility or better bags...
I suggest allowing characters to be able to access the bags of your other 3/5 characters. So, for example, my PvE warrior can access the storage of my PvE ranger's bags using the Xunlai Storage Agent or another agent all together.
This will make a lot of stuff easier.
1. You won't have to sign on and off to transfer items between characters.
2. It will facilitate the use of character mules (characters created just to look pretty and hold onto excess storage).

Anyways, I don't really see any problems in implementing a feature like this one and it would really cut down on the number of times people disconnect and reconnect to transfer items.

The idea is great, but I think they should also increase the main storage by 25 for each character slot your account has. This could be done with tabs at the top of the main storage.
It may sound like a rediculous amount of storage, but I could easily fill 25 slots with a single character alone. I tend to save alot of runes that are salvaged from items, weapons/armor for different builds, and lots of dye.
Of course Anet would never...EVER do that, since it would actually make sense. So if they just copied WoW and made 5 bag slots that held 25 items each, I would be happy.
