It's a rare Oni blade req. 12 Swordsmanship
dmg +15% while health is above 50%
Armor penetration +20% chance 20%

Got it last night from a chest in The Deep and I'm not sure if I want to keep it or sell it.
Would like a PC from a reputable price checker.
