Selling guilds

I searched, but I didn't find anything about it.

I see many people trying to sell guilds, and I was wondering, is that legal?

It is legal.

Some people make fancy named Guilds with capes and hall for cheap. Then try to sell them to people who want to start their town guilds.

Only issue to worry about is it's easy to be scammed:

- Pay for Guild, then guy doesn't give it to you.
- Give the Guild, guy doesn't pay you the money.

Plus if there are any members in the guild, more upset them big time.

Yeah, Ive always thought the idea of selling a guild was a little un-ethical, especially if there are a bunch of members, rather give them the chance to take over first...
